The Flying Fish Company was born from my personal journey of loss
following my former husband’s suicide. Drawing on my experience of returning
to work while grieving, I create and deliver training courses designed to help
workplaces foster compassion and provide meaningful support for employees
navigating grief. These programs address the complexities of grief, including
its cultural and religious dimensions and the language of loss, while also
tackling the challenges of absenteeism and presenteeism.
Complementing this, my Navigating Life After Loss podcast shares a personal
perspective, offering hope and guidance to those experiencing grief or
supporting others. Together, my training and podcast aim to cultivate empathy
and understanding, empowering workplaces and individuals to build resilience
and create supportive spaces for navigating loss.
